So, Christmas has been lovely this year.
I’ve been completely hooked on Turner Classic Movies’ Sherlock Holmes special “Holmes for the Holidays” for the past 24 hours. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in the house for this long. But I really do love mystery movies and books, and Sherlock has inspired me to go in search of another mystery story since I haven’t read a good one in a long time. Any suggestions?
Also, when I woke up this morning my first thought was about school, which is definitely not a good sign. I’m going to have to get back to work soon. I have two novels to read, 3 essays to write, and a fundraiser to plan. I’m feeling the stress slowly return already. Ahhh!
On a lighter note, today I discovered one of those wonderful songs that everyone must listen to at least once in their lives; it’s called “To Live is to Fly” by Townes Van Zandt. Go check it out 🙂
